The mommy make-over surgery which includes both surgery for the tummy and breasts continues to be a high volume of surgery for my Phoenix plastic surgery practice.  Many women are realizing that they can enjoy the benefits of re-shaping their breast and tummies at an earlier age and be able to have their figures back after child birth.  With 24 years of practice I have added additional techniques which provide women with a better surgery and quicker recovery time. A really big part of the this surgery is tightening the muscle wall so as not to have the loose and extra skin again.  The other very important step I included in this surgery is to use suction assisted liposuction to give the patient better contouring in the tummy area and sides of hips.

I have the patient come the day before surgery to discuss the tummy  incision placement. I have them bring their underwear and swimsuit so the placement of the scar is where the patient desires it and it works well with their under garments.  Over time the incision fades within 6 months to a year.   We have a laser skin care treatment that helps to improve the redness of the incision faster and no downtime.

Mommy makeover also includes  breast augmentations for a more youth fullness to the breast and or breast-lift with or without a breast implant for fullness.  In my Phoenix Arizona practice we maintain a complete inventory of samples of breast implants both saline and silicone and we spend a great deal of  time in the consultation deciding which is best for the patient and trying on sizes for best results.  The process we use to determine size and shape has been a very successful part of my practice and it is a rarity to have unhappy clients due to implant size and shape.  I specialize in providing the patient with a breast surgery that works and my technique involves years of experience with preparing the under the muscle  pocket and double stitching the breast incision so the implant never migrates lower than the breast crease or fold.  I believe in a frank discussion of your expectations and what we can achieve due to your body, size and shape.
