Traveling for Surgery

Conveniently located within 25 minutes of the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport.  WE highly recommend out of town clients to travel Sunday or Tuesday so we can have you for our consults in our Monday or Wednesday clinics. Our office can coordinate an array of travel services, including taxi, rental car, limousine transportation and hotel accommodations. We are happy to assist with activity arrangements such as golf or tennis for your spouse and or family members. Medical forms and labs:

It is very easy to download or history and physical forms from our website at www.johnwardmd.com however the forms are also included at the link for your review.  Once these are received our medical staff will review your information and determine what labs are necessary for your procedure.  For example, a few procedures depending on you age and heath and length of time for anesthesia may require a current EKG, Chest x-ray and or blood work.  Most often breast augmentation is a one hour procedure with Dr. Ward and does not need any labs if your healthy.  We can easily give you an order for these labs in advance or take care them when you arrive depending on your length of stay.

Spa Service and Skincare Treatments:

Paradise Valley Cosmetic Surgery Center & Recovery Care

Dr. Ward operates in a state certified out-patient facility Tuesday ,Thursday and Friday and maintains a full recovery care staff of registered nurses to attend to your need after surgery.  Facelift clients and tummy tucks often stay a least one night and are then ready to recover at home or at their hotel or villa.
